It's just an unbranded chinese laptop, mine had the vaio branding on the lid for some reason but of course it was just a chinese bootleg. I remember them being sold on aliexpress for 300-400$ back then with either Windows XP (that same xmlf thingy on the 1st netbook (in english), or Windows 7 home. Also on the bottom, mine said mini laptop, made in china. Nothing else!! Good times...

Most Linux distros still support the pen! I had a similar tablet PC to this, albeit a year older and with a 1.7GHz processor and 2GB RAM. That could actually load a RUclips video at 480p, surprisingly. For pressure sensitivity on XP, Artrage is a good option. On Linux, I used MyPaint and Krita.
